Cancellation Guidelines
Time-sensitive orders
Because all of our premium products (such as preserved floral Resin Rakhis, hand-knotted Macramé threads, and personalized name keepsakes) are handcrafted individually to order, cancellations are governed by strict timelines:
- Standard Cancellation Period: You may cancel your order free of charge within 2 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, please email us immediately or contact us via WhatsApp support.
- Handcrafting & Customized Work: Once the crafting process or customization setup begins (typically after 2 hours), the order cannot be cancelled as material casting has already occurred.
- Shipped Status: Orders that have already been packaged and handed over to our delivery partners (Shiprocket) cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Note: Customized text centerpieces (such as individual laser-engravings or initial plates) enter production instantly and are ineligible for cancellation after the initial 2-hour window.
